Terms and Conditions for Raj Products

Effective Date: August 2, 2024

Our Contract of Sale

  • Listing and display of a product by us on Raj Products is our invitation to you to make an offer.
  • Placing an order by you is your offer to buy the product(s) from us.
  • Order Confirmation is only an acknowledgment, not acceptance.
  • Contract of sale is concluded only when the product is shipped and Shipment Confirmation is sent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before Shipment Confirmation.
  • If your order is dispatched in multiple packages, each Shipment Confirmation forms a separate contract.
  • Products are sold only for internal/personal use, not for resale or business purposes.
  • We sell products only in household-level quantities.
  • You can cancel your order at no cost before Shipment Confirmation is sent.
  • All orders are subject to availability and your continued adherence to these Terms.

Shipping Policy for Raj Products

Shipping Locations

  • We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
  • If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.

Shipping Time Frame

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Regions: 5–7 business days

Shipment Confirmation

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once shipped.

Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the link in Shipment Confirmation or via your account.

Delivery Delays

  • External factors (weather, holidays, courier delays) may impact shipping.
  • You will be informed of delays via email/SMS.

Missed Deliveries

  • Courier will attempt delivery 3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned and we will arrange redelivery.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently ship outside India.

Return and Refund

  • Our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

Product Availability

  • Availability information is listed on product display pages.
  • Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed.
  • You will be informed if a product becomes unavailable.

Product Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes.
  • Prices in your cart may change until the order is placed.

Licenses

  • You are responsible for obtaining any licenses/permissions required to use certain products.

Taxes

  • You agree to bear all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to a refund of the amount charged for the relevant order.
  • We are not responsible for business losses or indirect damages.

Miscellaneous

Access Outside India

  • Raj Products makes no representation for use outside India.
  • Users accessing from outside India do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.

Term and Termination

  • Terms are effective from publication date.
  • Raj Products may terminate services for breach, unlawful activity, or false information.
  • You may terminate by discontinuing use, but obligations for prior purchases remain.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Waiver

  • No provision is waived unless in writing by Raj Products.

Severability

  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Mumbai.

Amendment

  • These Terms supersede all previous terms.
  • Raj Products may amend these Terms anytime without notice.

Third Party Terms and Conditions

  • You must comply with third-party terms (bank offers, promotions, etc.).
  • Raj Products is not liable for transactions with third parties.

Customer Support

Earning of Reward Points

  1. Customers will earn reward points on every eligible purchase made through the Wenas website.
  2. Points are calculated based on the purchase value as follows:
    • Purchase of ₹450 – Earn 45 Points (₹45 value)
    • Purchase of ₹750 – Earn 75 Points (₹75 value)
    • Purchase of ₹150 – Earn 15 Points (₹15 value)
  3. Reward Points are credited to the customer’s account after the successful completion of the order.

Redemption of Points

  1. Customers may redeem points only after completing a minimum purchase of ₹500.
  2. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer and are not covered under redeem points.
  3. Redemption benefits are available in two options:
    • Option 1: Flat ₹100 discount on the current order.
    • Option 2: Exchange points for the following gifts:

Redeem Process

  1. The Redeem Points option will appear only on the Checkout Page.
  2. Customers can choose either the discount option or a gift option, not both in a single transaction.
  3. Points once redeemed cannot be reinstated or transferred.

General Terms

  1. Reward Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
  2. Wenas reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the rewards program, including its structure or benefits, without prior notice.
  3. In case of any dispute, the decision of Wenas Management shall be final and binding.
  4. Misuse or fraudulent use of points may result in cancellation of points and suspension of the customer’s account.

In case a customer returns a product, the reward points earned on that purchase shall be automatically cancelled or deducted from the customer’s account.
